OUR HOMEMADE SPIRITS
All of Abbott & Wallace’s Raw Grains are grown five miles down the road at Schlagel Farms. Our Malted Barley is grown and malted fifteen miles North by Todd & Emily Olander at Root Shoot Malting. Every batch is double distilled through HK’s Hand Built Alembic Copper Pot Stills. Our unique blend of grain on processing and double pot distillation creates bold and unique flavors that are a true expression of Colorado.

Abbott & Wallace is a whiskey and rum distillery in downtown Longmont, Colorado, home to Longtucky Spirits. We are Colorado’s only distillery canning ultra premium cocktails from hyper-local ingredients. Oh, and we have an award winning Gin and Amaro too. Longtucky is a celebration of Longmont’s agricultural history and handcrafted culture, Abbott & Wallace is the heart of who we are. Our expansive tasting room hosts live music and open-mic comedy every week, four annual festivals and is the perfect venue for your next event!
